Location & Operating Hours
-Our warehouse is located in Chachoengsao, Thailand, just outside Bangkok.
-We are open Monday to Sunday, we handle parcels every day of the week.
-Pick-up at our warehouse is possible, but must be scheduled in advance.
How it works
1.First order
Contact us via DM on X or Line with your order details.
2.After first order
Once your first order is placed, you may order directly from sellers, but you must always inform us and send proof/screenshots of your order and payment.
NOTE: Parcels without proof will be treated as unidentified and held for 7 days. A handling fee of 100 THB / 3 EUR applies to claim them. Parcels unclaimed after 15 days may be disposed of without refund or responsibility.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
We ship only items that can legally and safely be shipped worldwide. The following items are NOT accepted:
-Illegal items: drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, weapons, sharp objects.
-Liquids & skincare: lotions, shampoo, nail polish etc.
-Electronics, batteries, power banks, lighters.
-Adult/nude items.
Prohibited items may result in legal action.
We cannot ship products requiring certification or products restricted by destination country laws. Please check your countryâs import rules in advance.
We cannot take responsibility for scams or fraudulent sellers.
Once parcels are handed over to the courier, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
Warehouse & Storage Fees
Whatâs included in the fees:
1.Unboxing & inspection of parcels upon arrival.
2.Photos of parcels; unboxing video if requested before arrival.
3.Filling in complaint paperwork if a parcel is defective.
4.Repacking for safe storage or shipping.
5.Storage for the period covered by the fee (up to 2 weeks; extended storage incurs daily fees).
6.Optional monthly rental: 1,000 THB / 27 EUR
NOTE: Maximum storage is limited to 3 months.
However, if you choose the monthly rental option (1,000 THB / 27 EUR per month), you may extend your storage indefinitely, as long as the rental fee is paid each month.
If you wish to stop the monthly rental option, please inform us at least 10 days in advance. This allows us to prepare your final invoice and arrange shipment or pick-up of your parcels.
Payments
Currencies accepted:
-EUR â via Wise, Revolut, PayPal
-THB â via Thai bank transfer
(no fees on our side)
NOTE: If you wish to pay through PayPal âGoods & Servicesâ, we will add +6% of the total to cover PayPalâs surcharge.
-Payments must be made within 5 days of invoice.
-Warehouse fees are billed once your first parcel arrives.
-Shipping fees from warehouse to you are charged separately.
-Unpaid parcels after 5 days: we take no responsibility.
Shipping Policy
-We ship parcels Monday to Sunday.
Options include:
1.Worldwide shipping: (Thailand Post, UPS, DHL, EMS/Air/Surface).
2.Domestic delivery within Thailand.
3.Delivery to hotels is possible for travelers.
-Tracking is provided for eligible shipping methods.
-Items with batteries cannot be shipped overseas.
Privacy & Initial Fee
In order to provide this service, we must share our own personal information (warehouse address, contact details, etc.) with clients, so they can place orders directly to our warehouse.
To protect our privacy and ensure this data is reserved only for serious clients, we require a one-time initial fee of 300 THB / 8 EUR.
This amount is deducted from your first order.
It acts as a filter to make sure our warehouse address is shared only with those who are genuinely interested in using our service.
